Answer: Scheduling a pickup is easy! You can schedule by logging into your Beantown account, emailing us at [email protected], or text us at 518-339-0000.

Answer: We ask you to enter your address first so we can determine your location is within our servicing region. Once you’ve designated your location you can schedule your pickup.

Answer: Wash Dry & Fold orders are weighed separately for each customer, sorted by fabric needs (plain whites, lights, darks) and then tracked throughout the cleaning process. When completed, the order is then assembled, weighed and tagged for delivery. All items are inventoried and closely tracked throughout the entire cleaning, packaging and delivery process.
