2. User Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for ensuring all laundry items are suitable for laundering and do not contain any hazardous materials.
  • You are responsible for identifying and separating any delicate items requiring special care and providing specific instructions (e.g., hand wash only, dry clean).
  • Beantown Laundry is not responsible for lost or damaged items not declared as delicate or requiring special care.
  • You agree to remove all pins, safety pins, and other sharp objects from clothes before submitting them for laundry service.

3. Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices for our services are based on the weight of your laundry. You can find our current pricing information on our website or by contacting us.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit card, debit card, and cash.

4. Pick-up and Delivery:

  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is present at the designated location during the scheduled pick-up and delivery times.
  • Beantown Laundry is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or your inability to be present at the scheduled times.

5. Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Beantown Laundry takes utmost care to ensure your laundry is handled with respect and professionalism. However, in rare instances, items may be lost or damaged during the cleaning process.
  • We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or inherent defects in the items.
  • In case of damaged or lost items, our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the item, not exceeding ten times the service fee for that specific order.
  • To report lost or damaged items, please contact Beantown Laundry within 24 hours of receiving your laundry.

Beantown Laundry makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
